MIS OJOS MANCHADOS
Two Years. One body. 150 photographs. Two years.
Through repetition, rawness, and an archive of intimate images, “Mis Ojos Manchados” narrates years and years of obsession and torment with the image of my own body
An installation composed of five parts:
3 large-format prints, 150 miniature photographs, 1 video with audio, 4 decks of collectible cards, and my mirror.
Each element carries its own meaning and symbolism. The material displayed is the same across all parts — it is the repetition that reveals the obsession, the recursive nature of the disorder itself, the narcissism of details.
